When I attended Supply Side East last year, I had the pleasure of meeting some of the folks from Chia Corp, the Argentinian chia seed company started by Ricardo Ayerza, (co-author, with Wayne Coates, of Chia: Rediscovering a Forgotten Crop of the Aztecs
).
Here's Valeria Curutchet, nutritional adviser to an important new chia cookbook project: Pastrymaking and Baking with Chia Seeds. She had some books on hand which I purchased.
I've sold and given away most of the books, except for my own copy, and a copy that's in Spanish. (The English version is a translation of the Spanish original.)
Today I'm going to try baking something from the cookbook. What shall it be??
