I'm happy to say that 2 out of 3 errors on the original FAQ page have been corrected. Unfortunately, the scientific name of the plant is improperly given.
It's Salvia hispanica, not salvia hispanica. Scientific names are in Latin, and are always either underlined or italicized. The genus name (Salvia) is listed first and is always capitalized. (The genus Salvia is a huge group: it has over 700 species around the world.) The species name (hispanica) is listed second and is not capitalized.
I hope that someone at Joseph Enterprises reads this and corrects that error as well.
